Say it once.
It remembers

Flow records the meetings you already have, types what you dictate into any Mac app, and reads your coding agent's sessions. It keeps the facts and hands them back when you need them.

Three ways in. All of them local.

Meetings, dictation, and the sessions you run with your coding agent.

TWO TRACKS

It knows which half of the call was you.

Your mic and your Mac's audio are recorded separately, so the two sides never blur. Nothing joins the call to do it.

It asks before it records

Flow spots the call and offers. It never starts on its own.

MEMORY

It keeps facts, not transcripts.

What survives a week is not the recording. It is a short list of facts.

ONE FACT, ONE LINE

Say it twice and it is not remembered twice.

Every fact has a key of its own. A new line about Dana replaces the old one instead of stacking underneath it.

FAQ

Questions about Flow

Your audio never does. Recording, transcription, memory and search all run on your machine, and briefs are assembled locally with no model involved. If you switch on a cloud model for a long write-up it uses your own key, speaker names are swapped out first, and one setting turns that off for good. The only call Flow makes on its own is a licence check, which carries your device name and nothing else.

Start talking.
It'll keep up.
